You can submit any documents you consider useful in resolving your dispute with the trader (i.e a detailed note of the facts of the case/copies of the agreement, invoice, purchase receipt/photos etc), either in paper form at the ADR point offices or online at or by uploading them below

Alternative Dispute Resolution Procedures through ADR point are FREE of charge for the consumers according to article 9c of the Joint Ministerial Decree 70330 (Β 1421/9-7-15) for complaints filed against traders established in Greece by consumers residing in the European Union.
