ADR point awarded European Programme on e-ADR

The ADR point section of European Programmes has been awarded another European Programme on e-ADR. The Grant Agreement was recently signed and the execution of the project activities will spread out to the next 18 months.

The e-ADR project is expected to increase accessibility to ADR procedures for all citizens including vulnerable groups, to improve the level of knowledge and skills of mediators who will deal with the dispute resolution process, to aid the development of online applications that provide access to ODR and to increase networking with official EU ADR entities (of Directive 2013/11).
