A large part of the mediation & negotiation process takes place in multi-function ADR point meeting rooms. When these rooms are real and not virtual ODR rooms, they need to have special features to accommodate the needs of the parties. ADR point facilities have the required technical infrastructure to support the smooth flow of the dispute resolution process.
