Resolution of disputes can neither be postponed, nor remain unaddressed for long periods. ADR point accommodates an international network of out of court resolution of cross border disputes which can be used by companies, organizations and individuals established or residing in different countries of Europe and the world. This way, through a large network of qualified mediators in many countries and with the use of technology, ADR point gives to the world community the opportunity to resolve their disputes by simple, flexible and fast procedures, avoiding significant travel costs, time delays and jurisdictional challenges.
